There are 4 different ways to order your bed from us.

1. Ordering from website - straight-forward ordering process. You visit our website and select the product that you want to purchase with variety of options and customisation that are available. You can check out using different types of payment methods such as bank debit, bank transfer, cash on delivery, klarna and many more.
2. Ordering through WhatsApp - You can also order through our 24/7 WhatsApp service, where you can talk to one of our friendly sales person and they will guide you and answer all your questions. Once you are satisfied then they will take your order. Whatsapp payment methods are: 1. bank transfer or 2. cash on delivery. Either way you will be asked to provide a £50 deposit to secure your order. 
3. Order in person - You can come and visit our showroom and place your order with our helpful staff. They will help you and answer any questions. Once you are ready to place an order  they will ask you for £50 deposit to secure your order.
4. Ordering through Tiktok Shop - You can also order through our Tiktok shop, which provides more range of payment methods such as apple pay, PayPal and many others, the process is same as ordering from the website but through Tiktok Shop.

Delivery Process

No matter how you place an order, we will try our best to have your order delivered as soon as possible. As soon as you place an order, we will call you to give a delivery date and then we will call you again the day before to confirm the  delivery slot with you. On the day of the delivery, the drivers will call 30 mins before the delivery.

In most cases it will be within 5 to 10 working days or even earlier depending on your location and availability for delivery slots. However due to extra orders or your location and availability, sometimes your order might take longer to deliver. If this happens, we will be in contact with you and keep you updated. 

This is one of the most asked questions, but a very important one. There are several reasons why we are cheaper compared other retailers but a couple are listed below.

1. Manufactured by us in the UK - all of our products are handcrafted by our expert employees on order. This means you are dealing with us not as retailer but as manufacturers of your luxury product and cutting out any middleman and any extra costs, saving you alot of money and hassle.
2. We don't buy and sell - A lot of retailers buy products from manufacturers (like ourselves) and sell the same product for higher price. Whereas we manufacture and sell them directly to customers. With us it's all the way from start to finish. 
3. We understand the hardship - We as a business understand the financial hardship and struggle everyone endures nowadays with cost of living. Therefore we have limited our profit so we can look out for our customers and offer them comfort through our prices and our products.

Unfortunately, no. Due to health and safety guidelines our delivery team cannot transport any old beds or matresses for disposal. 

Yes, there are various installment plan options available both on our website and our tiktok shop. We have options like Klarna, Clearpay etc. We want to make our beds affordable and accessible to all, so if you have any further questions about installments please get in touch.

Our drivers offer assembly service for just £30 per bed. This means that they will take all the bed parts and mattresses up to your desired room and assemble it there for you. So you are left hassle free and relaxed from the minute you order with us until you sleep on your new bed.

All items come flat packed and wrapped in protective plastic.

Each order includes:

- headboard

- footboard (unless it is divan bed)

- 2 x side panals

- slats/ storage/ base of choice

- feet

- mattress (if selected)

We only deliver in the UK, not internationally.

We cover England, Wales and Scotland. However, we don't deliver to Northern Ireland. However, some areas are subjective and if you live further out please message us on whatsapp 07759994060.

The beds and sofas come with a two year guarantee. 

It covers bed frame, mattress base, storage base, any upgraded mattresses purchased.

THE FREE MATTRESS IS NOT COVERED UNDER GUARANTEE. 

We deliver them inside the house on the ground floor. 

For flats, we deliver inside thr ground floor/ reception area unless you pay assembly and they will take the parts up to your flat.

For beds - check maximum height for staircase (needs to be tall enough for headboard height), width, length and height available for the bed.

For Sofas - length, width and height - from skating board to skating board. Please ensure individual sofas will fit through doorways, you can send us measurements to confirm this.

Yes, sofas will come as displayed. Extra cushions can be bought per request.

Most beds come in plush velvet. However, other materials for beds and sofas are available like boucle, naples, conniston, linen, chenile.
